Midwest Photo Exchange, Ohio’s largest Camera Store, housing 5,500 SF of video and photographic equipment was completed in May 2016. In order to meet the aggressive project schedule, CRC acted as a Design-Builder, leveraging our house architecture services to stream line the construction process and ensure the project was completed on time and under budget.

Central Grip & Lighting
Insulated concrete form (ICF) construction was incorporated into this Design-Build project. Insulated concrete forms are energy efficient and have excellent sound attenuating properties. Ideal for sound stage & film studio’s.
Cumberland Trail Golf Club
Nestled in Pataskala, Ohio, CRC Inc. completed a renovation of the existing facility to include a new full service restaurant with commercial kitchen. Additionally, CRC Inc. expanded the existing facility to accommodate a new Pro Shop, men’s Locker Room and an elevated exterior patio.
Like most projects, the schedule was tight but CRC Inc. was able to complete this project just in time for the golfers to hit the greens.
