Willow Brook Delaware Run H Wing

The H-Wing expansion: a three story, 32 Unit, 30,000 sq ft design-build completed by CRC Inc. in August 2017, included renovated dining facilities, Dementia and Memory Care Courtyard and dedicated office space for the medical facilities on site. The lower level of the three story addition includes dedicated office space for doctors and administrative services as well as physical therapy space. The expansion was designed to extend off an existing three stores AL wing and connect to an existing one story memory care wing sandwiched in the center of the fully occupied senior living campus. The lower level of the three story addition includes dedicated office space for doctors and administrative services as well as physical therapy space. This project was completed while maintaining full occupancy of residents and required careful coordination and consideration in order to maintain daily functions without interruptions.

WBCH Dining Renovation

Willow Brook Christian Home Dining Renovation was completed in July of 2016, or as the residents say, “just in time for dinner!” What a great and rewarding project. This dining renovation was situated in the heart of an occupied facility, which required close and detailed coordination with the staff and residents. In addition to the new central fireplace, featuring stone veneer, CRC expanded the dining room into two of the four interior courtyards, allowing more seating for the residents. Each of the courtyards now feature custom stamped concrete, water features and a custom pizza oven for the residents to enjoy.
